Shipping 


All our orders are hand packed carefully to ensure they reach you safely and securely. 

United Kingdom

Free delivery on all orders over £35 or normally £3.90 for standard delivery (2-3 business days) and £4.90 for Next Day delivery (excludes Saturday deliveries). All orders are sent tracked.

Rest of Europe

Standard delivery to Europe is £9.90 and Tracked Delivery £14.90. (7-10 business days)
For next day delivery to Europe, please contact us. 

Rest of the world

USA & Canada  delivery is £14.90 with inclusive tracking. We offer delivery to the Middle East and Africa with DHL, please contact us for rates.

Returns


What happens after my order?
Upon placement of your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. We aim to process your order within 1-2 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email or text once your order has been shipped, for UK orders this will include your tracking reference. Orders are processed for shipping on business days (Monday – Friday excluding UK public holidays

How do I return an item?
We are confident that you will be delighted with your purchase, but should you wish to return an item for a refund, then simply return it to us within 30 days. To be eligible for a refund, items returned must be in new and unused condition.

To request a return please contact office@naya.london  and provide your order number, you will be advised of the next steps.
Please note that refunds will be processed minus cost of shipping it, unless the goods arrived to you damaged, faulty or incorrectly. You will also be liable for costs to return the order.

What happens if I miss a delivery?
If you miss the delivery a card will be left by the courier for tracked orders and they will attempt to deliver the next business day up to 3 times. For products returned to us by the courier, due to failure to collect/receive the parcel or due to an incorrect or non-existing delivery address, it can take anytime up to 3 weeks for the courier to return the parcel to us as a result of non-delivery. Once received, a refund of the goods minus the original cost of shipping will be issued. Alternatively, it can be re-shipped at a shipping cost.
